Refund policy

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once a product is purchased, it is non-refundable.

However, in eligible cases, we may offer:

  • Exchange for the same item, or
  • Store credit (if applicable)

3. Sale Items (No Return / No Exchange)

All items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers are:

  • Final sale
  • Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review and offer a replacement if applicably
